P4architects is a boutique architectural practice with more than 30 years of experience developing housing Marbella and the Costa del Sol.

The studio was founded in 2015 as a result of the professional concerns of its founder, the architect Eulalia Polo de Uña, after a long career in the design and construction of luxury villas, mainly in Marbella and Benahavís.

A vision of architecture in constant updating, the self-demand for the highest quality in each project and the enthusiasm to explore new designs are the driving force behind the creation of the firm P4architects.

For us, every location is unique and so is every project. We develop exclusive and fully customised designs, The result of the needs of each client, the conditions of each plot of land, the passion for the contemporary design and the best technical and energy solutions.

At P4architects, all projects are personally designed and managed by the titular architect, Eulalia Polo. Our approach is to take on fewer projects in order to be able to offer a job more personalised and full customer care at all stages of the process.

Although our main activity is the residential architecture, We also carry out urban planning, interior design and landscaping projects, as well as construction and integral management of some of the works.

We have a team of qualified professionals: architects, calculation engineers, technical architects, building engineers, surveyors, interior designers and draughtsmen. This structure of reliable partners enables us to maintain the boutique character of the study without renouncing the technical rigour.
